More Connectivity In The Brain Found In People Who Run

Exercise benefits have long be known to benefit brawn and brain. Hundreds of studies have shown how almost any kind of exercise improves memory and other mental skills, also known as cognitive function. MRI scans now reveal that endurance runners' brains have greater functional connectivity than the brains of more sedentary individuals.
