healthy choices for breakfast. Try to eat lots
of fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins.
Eggs, fruit smoothies, and whole-grain pancakes,
waffles, oatmeal and cereals are healthy choices
If you're in a hurry, the Nemours Foundation
suggests quick snacks like yogurt, fruit, or
whole-grain muffins. For a healthy snack, try
mixing cereal, pretzels, nuts, and dried fruit
as opposed to prepackaged breakfast pastries
or doughnuts that are high in fat and sugar.
