Are Geoengineering Initiatives Being
Used To Accelerate The Pandemic?
Geoengineering strategies, the aerosol spraying of our skies, or
what is popularly known as chemtrails, have been witnessed and evidenced
by millions around the world. They are also an admitted
planetary operation by government and international agencies.
There is now some disturbing but compelling evidence which suggests
that these same geoengineering initiatives may be accelerating the
global pandemic.

Canada reported in September that since early March of 2009,
the skies over Ottawa, Canada’s capital city have been littered
with chemtrails dispensed by jets that resemble Boeing passenger
747’s.
In late June of 2009, reports
from Russian Military Analysts stated that China’s People's
Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF)
notified both India and Nigerian intelligence officials about
the presence of US operated Ukrainian aircraft over their growing
concerns of the United States spreading of “biological agents”
throughout our Earth’s atmosphere. Some Chinese officials
were warning of an American-European attempt to conduct
mass genocide via the spread of the H1N1 swine flu virus which
has put the entire global population at risk.
The Indian and Nigerian Air Forces had ordered and forced the
landings of two Ukrainian AN-124 aircrafts which were initially
identified as U.S. military. On examination of the landed aircrafts,
Indian and Nigerian intelligence agencies reported and filed oddities
about the structure and contents of the aircrafts themselves.
They were carrying waste disposal systems the reports said could
hold in excess of 45,000 kg (100,000 pounds) and from which a
“technologically sophisticated” network of nano-pipes
led to the trailing edges of the wings and horizontal stabilizers
for “dispersing” the contents of the waste tanks in
an “aerial-type mist”.
“Furious” demands made by the United States to both
India and Nigeria for the release of their planes led to Defense
officials allowing the AN-124 captured aircrafts to be released.
Were Ukraine Cities Sprayed Before The
Pneumonic Plague Hit?
A South
African news website reported last week that five sources
confirmed light aircrafts were seen flying over the forest market
area in the town of Kiev, Ukraine days before the pneumonic
plague outbreak. According to the report, local newspapers
of Kiev also received hundreds of phone calls from residents and
business owners close to the area, that the planes were spraying
a suspicious substance. In addition, government authorities also
pushed the radio stations in Kiev to deny the reports.
In the past few months, hundreds of bloggers around the world
have reported increasing frequencies of chemtrails and aviation
activity over their skies. A regimen of "training" or
a "preparatory phase" appears to be a common theme.
There are several theories as to what could be aerosolized by
planes to accelerate or even create a real pandemic. No theory
will be corroborated by governments, however some evidence suggests
that the goal of the aerosols may not necessarily be to spread
viruses, but to circulate immunotoxicity over dispersed areas.
One chemical known to be aerosolized in higher concentrations
are barium salts. The follwing news report investigated chemtrail
fallout. Mark Ryan, Director of a Poison Control Center in Louisiana
also addressed concerns by chemtrail researchers on how exposure
to barium can lead to immune suppression .
"Soluble barium salts are highly toxic to humans,"
said Dr. Michael LaManna. "Even moderate exposure could certainly
bombard the immune system and prevent an adequate response to
foreign invaders." LaManna emphasized that any kind of immunotoxicity
can interfere with the body's ability to fend off cytokine cascades
from acute phase responses which can then lead to cytokine storms.
The exact mechanism is explained
here. A cytokine storm can kill a person in less than three
days.
The virus currently attacking the Ukraine has already demonstrated
an ability to cause fatal infections in a disproportionate number
of children and previously healthy adults. Small changes in the
virus could lead to increases in viral load leading to an increase
in cytokine storm frequency and hemorrhagic pneumonia.
LaManna stated that "considering the quantities of immunotoxins
that saturate our food, air, water and medications including vaccines,
it is almost impossible to escape immunotoxicity in the developed
world." Diet, exercise and a healthy water supply are paramount
in ridding the body of these toxins. "If you avoid medications,
vaccines, chemically processed foods, and as long as you ensure
you exercise, have a clean water supply and get plenty of vitamin
D, your immune system should be able to conquer any disease,"
added LaManna.
Epidemiological studies of occupationally exposed workers show
that exposure to EDB can cause pneumonia following damage to the
lungs. Strong and consistent evidence from animal studies supports
the conclusion that it is a human carcinogen. EDB has also been
found to disrupt hormonal and adrenal functions.
"Disruptions in adrenal function are a particular concern
for the immune system," said endocrinologist Dr. William
Goel. He explained that any disruption in the responsiveness of
adrenals could directly affect cortisol levels, which could then
affect the body's ability to deal with cytokines.
Federally Directed Exercises For Aerosol
Plague Attacks
In May of 2000, a federally
directed exercise on bioterrorism called Operation Topoff
(exercise for top officials) was launched by several federal agencies.
An excerpt of the simulated and orchestrated event was as follows:
More than 2,000 people were exposed to an infective agent released
by a terrorist from a fire extinguisher at Denver's Performing
Arts Center. After the event, audience members returned to their
homes, seemingly unharmed by this odorless, colorless release.
Within a number of days, 1,500 people were dead from pneumonic
plague. In addition, 3,000 were hospitalized, and nearly 19,000
awaited medical care at area hospitals with flu-like symptoms.
Since this disease is highly contagious, it was impossible to
predict how far it had spread.
A quarantine was declared for the 15 counties surrounding
the Denver area, and the Governor prepared to request the state
legislature declare a statewide quarantine. Pneumonic plague had
also spread to other states, including California, Illinois, Florida,
Pennsylvania, and Georgia, as well as overseas to England and
Japan.
It was touted as a success in generating community awareness and
informing government agencies and the medical and emergency response
systems about deficiencies in their responses to a simulated bioterrorist
incident. The sheer magnitude of the Topoff scenario helped identify
what factors might most quickly lead to system failure.
In a follow-up exercise on May 12, 2003, operation
Topoff 2 was designed to simulate attacks in the Chicago and
Seattle metropolitan areas. It was intended to simulate a bioterror
attack of pneumonic plague (Chicago) and a "dirty bomb"
(Seattle).
What the simulated spread of plague from Denver's Performing Arts
Center in 2000 turned up was a rapid spread that overwhelmed local
hospitals; feedback from the 2003 Chicago exercise stated that
the city's hospitals would be strained to capacity.
From May 25 through June 3, 2009, the Illinois National Guard
worked closely with Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA)
to coordinate a variety of presentations and a full-scale
exercise, Prairie Plague, for the Polish to observe. All of
the delegates attending were members in agencies who would be
first responders during an incident in Poland. Delegates from
Poland traveled to Western Illinois University (WIU) in Macomb,
to observe the start of the three-day exercise.
Organized
by the INTERPOL Bioterrorism Unit, experts from international
organizations joined their forces to confront a plague that had
just been unleashed on their countries by unknown evildoers. The
event took place from September 29-30th in Warsaw, Poland. Participants
in the workshop numbered 27 from six Central and Eastern European
countries (Belarus, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland, Slovakia,
Ukraine), as well as 15 participants from international organizations
such as Europol, the UN Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA),
the World Health Organization (WHO), the European Centre for Disease
Control, the European Commission (Directorate General for Health
and Consumer Affairs and Directorate General for Justice, Freedom
and Security), the Organization for Security and Co-operation
in Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
A
recent drill (again in Illinois) was held on November 7th,
2009. Citizens infected with a fictitious pneumonic plague lined
up outside Lincoln Prairie Elementary School to help test the
site as a medication dispensary in case of an emergency.
“The Lake in the Hills Police Department is carrying out
the test as part of a grant from the McHenry County Department
of Health for its emergency health plan. In case of a biological
terrorist attack or widespread disease outbreak, the site would
be able get medicine to the community, Lake in the Hills Chief
of Patrol Services David Brey said,” reported the Northwest
Herald.
There are dozens of similar drills that have taken place worldwide
in the last few years alone. Perhaps the "top officials"
who prepared these drills knew much more than they were letting
on.
