Consumption Vanity Disorder: The Disease of Our Culture
Part of the grand orchestration of our false reality has been achieved through a global deception and masking of our innate human qualities that lead us to our true power. "It is only when we take pause, often at the risk of social alienation, to question the foundational principles and ideas to which our lives are oriented, does a dark truth about our supposed normality become more clear."
That quote as brilliantly stated by Peter Joseph above is one of many in thought provoking episodes of "Culture in Decline", a free media project that is a satirical yet serious expression that
challenges various cultural phenomena existing today which most of society seems to take for granted. It is a comedic perspective which laughs at the dark ages of our time while perfectly summarizing the elementary roots of selfish ideals which have infected our minds and inhibited our mental and spiritual well-being.
Nothing is considered sacred in this Series except for a detached benchmark of fundamental logic and reason - forcing the viewer to step out of the box of "Normality" and to consider our societal practices without traditional baggage and biases.
"Consumption-Vanity Disorder" is an invented disease as are the thousands of others fabricated by our modern medical paradigm, but with one exception -- it is a disease of the mass mental mindset and unlike the fictionalized diagnoses of other medical maladies, this one is a reality. It has spread not through a mutating virus or genetic predisposition - but through cultural "Memes" - turning the world into a cesspool of mini-malls, fashion obsessions, fake boobs and belligerent gadgetry.
It's a revelation whose time has come. A tipping point where a percentage of the population who holds a minority opinion, yet unshakable belief, becomes adopted by the majority. That point has been reached has millions are slowly realizing that our cultural belief systems will never advance humanity or the intergrity of our planet. So although there has been a cultural decline, it has lead us to our enlightenment and what is now the transformation of our species to embrace the light instead of the dark. It is not coming...it is here.
