1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp apple pie spice mix (recipe below)
1/4 cup of your favorite nut butter
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Apple Spice Mix (makes about 3oz)
4 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp all spice
2 tsp nutmeg
1.5 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cardamom
