Raw Cacao Superfood Smoothie


The cacao powder gives this smoothie a rich chocolate flavor while adding a powerful punch of free radical fighting antioxidants, energizing iron, and heart-healthy magnesium. Ingredients:

- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 tbsp. hemp seeds *
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. maca

* If you don't have a high speed blender and want a smoother consistency, replace the hemp seeds with a tsp. of hemp oil.
