3 Kale Leafs (can remove stems if desired)
3 Celery Stalks
1 Piece of Ginger (2 inches)
1/2 Lemon (peeled)
You can juice the above ingredients or combine them all in a smoothie with 1 cup of ice and 1 cup of either coconut milk or water. Either way, both methods are delicious.
