This RECIPE is so easy and delicious, a MUST try! Even if you don't have daikon, the sauce makes a great dressing for salads.
(Amounts as needed. Cut at a 45 degree angle or however desired)
Daikon (used for noodles)
(mix in a high speed blender)
1 Green onion
small piece of Ginger
Lime juice (1/2)
Best to use a spiralizer for the noodles. A Daikon is a type of radish that is not hard but soft. You want to buy the kind that is firm enough to spiralize but not too soft. It's full of minerals and nutrients, and the taste is not strong like other radishes you might know.
