Without a question this is my favorite chocolate pudding recipe, raw or otherwise. I can promise you that if you try this just once, you will fall in love with it and wonder why all chocolate puddings are not made with avocados.
Chocolate Avocado Pudding RECIPE
-2 large avocados
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-1/2 cup cocoa powder
-3 tbsp coconut oil
-1/2 tsp balsamic *
-1/2 tsp nama shoyu *
* These are optional. You can easily mask the taste of the avocado with more cocoa powder so the nama shoyu
is not essential.
-Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
-Enjoy as is, or freeze overnight!
-High in Vitamins C, K, B6
-Great source of fiber
-Healthy fats that boost your metabolism (including an amino acid L-carnitine)
