The Power of DMAE For Children Is Turning Heads

Mental clarity is hard enough to find as an adult. Kids growing up with so many distractions (especially electronic) face an uphill battle. For those who struggle with ADHD and autism, DMAE can be beneficial.

In one study, conducted by Dr. Carl Pfeiffer of the Brain-Bio Center, 25 girls and 83 boys were studied. DMAE was found to result in enhanced behavior in 2/3 of the boys and 3/4 of the girls. Hyperactivity was greatly lessened as attention span was lengthened, irritability was decreased, scholastic ability improved, and, in some cases, IQ was elevated.

Another double-blind study supplemented 74 children who had learning disorders (many hyperactive) with 500 mg DMAE for 3 months. They were then tested for behaviour, reaction time, and put through a series of standard psychometric parameters. There was not only general improvement, but also performance improvement in the children with learning and behaviour disorders.

While DMAE taken internally can help with mental focus, DMAE applied externally can help with lines and wrinkles. A 2005 study found that topical DMAE applied daily for 16 weeks was "safe and efficacious in the mitigation of forehead lines and periorbital fine wrinkles, and in improving lip shape and fullness and the overall appearance of aging skin. These effects did not regress during a 2-week cessation of application. Beneficial trends were noted in the appearance of coarse wrinkles, under-eye dark circles, nasolabial folds, sagging neck skin, and neck firmness."

The Life Choice nutraceutical line which hosts a premier DMAE formulation is one of the best in the world and it was recently included in this past year's Oscar swag bags.

DMAE: good for you, inside and out, just use it and discover!
