Raw Walnut Fudge (Raw, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, No Refined Sugar)
This Clean Eating Raw Walnut Fudge has to be the most easy raw dessert recipe I have ever made using only 5 clean ingredients. It seriously took longer to get all the ingredients out than it did to make it--and it almost melts in your mouth. It's so silky smooth and it has a nice glossy look to it.

Tip #1: Make sure you keep the fudge in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to serve because it will become soft and lose it's shape if left out at room temperature.
Tip #2: If you didn't need the recipe to be 100% vegan, you can substitute the maple syrup with organic raw honey or other liquid sweetener.
1 cup organic coconut oil (melted/liquid)
1/4 cup organic raw cacao powder
1/4 cup organic maple syrup
1/4 cup organic almond butter
1/4 cup organic walnuts (chopped)
1 teaspoon organic vanilla bean powder
Put all ingredients in a medium size bowl and stir until well combined.
Spread evenly in an 5 x 9 glass bread pan.
Put in the freezer for 1/2 hour or longer to harden.
Store in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to serve because it will become soft and lose it's shape if left out at room temperature.
