Ideal Body Weight and Mass
The use of ideal body weight and mass calculators may serve as rough guidelines to assess your body-type. However, they may be extremely inaccurate to those who are athletic, engage in weight training programs, or are simply genetically predisposed to larger (or much smaller) body-types.
