This is the same Environmental Protection Agency which a little while back declared hay forage crops to be "weeds".... pray tell, is there some sort of problem with allowing cows and horses to eat the grasses of the fields? Oh, that's right... they want all livestock living in those fancy automated barns and fed some version of Soylent Green plus copious anitbiotics and other pharma poisons....
My question is this: Why do we always try to fight the bureaucracy, when there is a simple answer to all of this: JUST DON'T BUY THE STUFF. Who is forcing farmers to use it? Why then, is it even a concern what the EPA approves or doesn't? Ultimately, if it isn't used, it isn't a problem, is it?
It's the farmers we need to get to.... not the corporatic government agencies.

The idiot psychopaths that have usurped the seats of authority and governance seem to be willing to poison and kill literally everything that is ESSENTIAL to LIFE - all in the name of protecting “the corporate economy”.
Indeed, we are the only species that literally engineers and finances its own destruction, and does so in the name of “the economy”.
Translated: If it makes MONEY, it will be done, even if it kills everything in its path, including humanity.
Equally incomprehensible is the fact the majority of the public still hasn’t realized that the Corporate Economy’s profits constitute a clever transfer of our money into their coffers. And the Corporate Boardroom has shown itself stupid enough to kill the golden goose even while fleecing it.
And so now “we will see the environment drenched with yet another insecticide, more potently toxic than its predecessors, already KNOWN TO BE KILL OFF THE BEES.”
At least the Europeans are prepared to ban the greatest threats. They lost a devastating war – and they still know what struggling for survival means. They have banned these pesticides! North America opens the door to them. How incomprehensibly STUPID!

Well, the Environmental Destruction Agency has approved a brand new (and more deadly) poison in the arms race between industrial farmers and nature.
Despite new findings that prove a heightened crisis in US bee populations and a recent ban in Europe on similar chemical applications, the EPA has decided to further endanger the population Monday by approving a “highly toxic” new pesticide.
The “EPA continues to put industry interests first to exacerbate an already dire pollinator crisis,” writes the group Beyond Pesticides.
The agency granted sulfoxaflor, a product of the Dow Chemical Company, “unconditional registration” for use on vegetables, fruits, barley, canola, ornamentals, soybeans and wheat among others, despite the EPA’s own classification of the insecticide as “highly toxic to honey bees.”
Oh, but wait Calamity, they tell farmers not to hurt the bees with it! Right on the label!
As part of their decision, the EPA approved new language for the sulfoxaflor labels which reads, “Do not apply this product at any time between 3 days prior to bloom and until after petal fall,” during heightened pollinator activity.
Further, they approved an additional ‘advisory pollinator statement’:
Notifying known beekeepers within 1 mile of the treatment area 48 hours before the product is applied will allow them to take additional steps to protect their bees. Also limiting application to times when managed bees and native pollinators are least active, e.g., before 7 am or after 7pm local time or when temperature is below 55oF at the site of application, will minimize risk to bees.
Wow, not only does that make me weep for the bees, but it seems to be unrealistic since systemic pesticides, including sulfoxaflor, continue to exist in the plant (including pollen and nectar) for longer periods of time that will surpass the recommended application intervals, and therefore expose bees to residues longer than suggested. Not to mention the giant hole of “known beekeepers” since one is not required to register bees, or the keeping thereof.
Will this newest tool in the arsenal against nature be the nail in the coffin for bees in the US?
Sure, there will likely be some small number of native bees that survive in isolated areas. But the BEES, the hundreds of thousands of hives that pollinate the state of California alone, don’t have the resiliency to handle another poisonous blow. Can WE survive the death of those bees?
Do you know what food requires pollination from bees? Every single fruit tree needs every single piece of fruit to be started by a bee visiting a flower in early spring. This applies to tree nuts as well. Most vegetables need to be pollinated, squashes, tomatoes, peppers, peas, beans, etc.
What can you survive on if the bees kick the bucket? Potatoes don’t need their little flowers pollinated in order to make tubers, and you can reproduce the next generation (well, the next flush of clones if we’re being accurate) with those same tubers. Corn is generally pollinated by wind. Most grasses are that way, so wheat and other grains will probably not be hard hit.
Some blossoms are friendly enough that humans can pollinate easily on a large enough scale to be useful. Squash is what I’m thinking of here. The blooms are spaced out in time, large in scale, and easy to identify, so conceivably a worker with a brush and some patience could fertilize a row of summer squash without much stress.
I’ve heard that China has lost a lot of bees, and hand pollination is what they’ve resorted to. Of course, they have the labor pool to handle that.
I would much rather have the bees do that work for me. I’m betting you would too. If you have a bit of land and you can make some safe spaces for bees, I think every little bit will help at this point.
I would brush up on my vegetable propagation, and maybe plant another row of potatoes. If bees go, food is going to be scarce. Farmers will eventually adjust, but there is no getting around the scale of the problem.

Shawn, Shawn, Shawn.... I love ya to bits for the hard work you put in, but dude.... the crisis is not Canada's crisis, and won't be solved by Canada's government listening to anyone. Bottom line, they don't listen at all. They can't. The rules and regs are not coming from here, they are being adopted from international guidelines set up by trade groups to facilitate profiteering by the pharma cartel, and of that there is no doubt whatsoever.
We already know that these guidelines, being adopted by such entities as the European Union, are spreading like cancer worldwide, as more and more nations are becoming embroiled in trade groups whose only function is to serve the profit motives of the multinational corporations "advising" the trade groups.
So while I agree absolutely that nothing will be solved until the real issues are debated and discussed, there is no forum in this country that can impact the problems, because the problems are not coming from this country. Our biggest issue is that we are now trapped. If we abrogate the agreements, Canada will be assessed huge sanctions as "punishment". We will lose trade. Jobs would be lost by the thousands. Smaller and medium-sized companies would be bankrupted. The multinationals don't care: that's why they're multinational, in order to be able to withstand that sort of thing.... just like the tobacco companies diversified like mad over the last few decades, to protect their own butts in the case that their products failed to yield profits any more in one area or another.
What we have to fight is the fact that our government(s) have, without popular permission, or any sort of oversight, given away the one thing that protects for Canadians the right to live as we see fit: our sovereignty as a nation. There is no law, no policy, that allows such a giveaway, but they did it anyway, and it wasn't just Harper. Both the Liberals and the Conservatives have contributed horribly to the giveaway of our nation, as Obama and Bush and their predecessors have signed away the rights of Americans and now seem curiously divorced from the pulse of the American people.
It's not that curious, when you think about it. For many years, we've had the writing on the wall, from the Protocols of Zion to Agenda 21, and all the trade agreements popping up, with nary a mention of how international agreements stifle sovereign governments and render them as little more than mouthpieces for the banks and corporate giants manipulating markets and labour forces and money markets, not to the benefit of the people, but to the facilitation of profit uber alles.
So now, what should, or can, our focus be, in order to change anything? Are we too far gone, too caught in the net, to extricate ourselves?
I don't believe so. But the conditions under which positive change could eventuate would be such an about-face from how we live now that it is unlikely that the masses would lend their support, since they'd rather deal with the devils they know than the ones they don't.
The one thing we do need, no matter what, is our sovereignty back. And we will not accomplish that by sporadic, disparate efforts against this evil or that wrong... the head of the snake must be cut off, in order to kill it, and that would mean a radical departure from where we are now, one which would likely be as unsettling and frightening as what we face from a one-world government with no say in anything.
What we need to eliminate on this earth is the desire of any one group or individual to take power over any other group or individual, the greed, the negativity, the hate, the fear.
What we need in order to do that, friends, is love and respect for each other and all life, and a will to do no harm to anyone or anything, in the full knowledge that what we sow, we will reap, and that it is always better to plant something you want to eat, as opposed to something that will make you sick... because what you plant will grow.
It's planting time, people. Get to it. Never mind the deaf and dumb government, get talking truth to your friends, your neighbours, anyone who will listen. The more people know, the less power the "controllers" have over any of us. Then, all of one voice, we can stand up and order what we want.
Until then, we will continue to live as victims of a world that we have created for ourselves, with our apathy, our insouciance, our own greed, and our misplaced trust in leaders whose only credo is money, the making of it, and the keeping of it, no matter whose pocket it comes from.

Shawn Buckley has recently drafted an assessment of the exchange.
Over the last few months two debates have sprung up in the media, as a result of Health Canada employees taking exception to articles which lay bare the current crisis in the natural health community. Shawn Buckley has now written an overview and reply to both.
First, Adam Gibson’s Letter to the Editor “Crying Wolf” was printed in Alive Magazine in response to Shawn’s article “Safe or Unsafe?”
Then, Dr. Rona’s Letter to Alive Magazine’s editor “Noisy Spin Control” went to print to oppose statements made by Adam Gibson and in defense of Shawn and the NHPPA.
As if this was not already an excellent volley, Dr. Gifford-Jones’ Toronto Sun article “Health Canada: Where are the dead bodies?” was met with a response by Scott Sawler and published directly on Health Canada’s website.
Both replies are similar and use figures which evade the issues at hand, but what’s important is that Health Canada’s NHPD entered the debate!
We sincerely hope that the conversation will move from mere contradiction to a considered analysis of the issues over time.
We have been posting the articles, letters and replies on the NHPPA FaceBook page as they have come out. However, since the stories are intertwined and ongoing, we thought it was time for a summary.

Dear Readers,
Right of the bat, I want to state categorically that I do not know if vaccines are directly responsible for Autism, or any other illness/disorder or problem. I’m not a scientist, doctor, or professional in the field of vaccines. The problem is complex and compounded by numerous factors. I have simply collected information from the internet (including scientific peer reviewed papers, personal stories, and other lay-man break downs) info from friends, and friends of friends, 8 nurses in my home town, my own observations (which are limited but valid none the less) and anecdotal evidence in the mainstream media, national papers, and some “scientific magazines”. All in all, to date I have probably spent a few thousand hours over the last 4 or 5 years reading about vaccines. I don’t know what your interest is exactly or how much info you want but the following could easily tie you up for months.
I’m not claiming that any of the following is proof other than the desperate need for some very real conversations about this issue. There is not enough scientific evidence for either argument. It has become an “us and them” debate, opposing sides, polarised by staunch beliefs (usually based in tiny bits of info and dogma) and it shouldn’t be. Why would we fight one another over this issue? Why would we call people names, and vilify either side of the argument? Somehow the idea that parents who opt out of vaccinating their children are baby killers or putting their kids in harms way has been permeating the debate. I find this mentality disturbing, because I’m a parent and nothing could be further from the truth.
So here is what I’ve been looking at.

You won’t have to go very far to find how many of the ingredients (individually) are clinically proven to cause cancer, neurodegeneration, heart disease, and shitloads more. The toxicity of ingredients can escalate in some cases with reactions to other proteins, yeast extracts, foreign DNA, heavy metals, sugars, dramatic changes in PH, and reactions such as the mailard reaction. Also consider increase permeability of blood brain barrier in teething infants.

As you wander through the information, you will find some of the proceeding info, but I’ve copied and pasted some of the more easy to understand arguments below.
Herd Immunity
One of the primary arguments that is being used to justify this insane behaviour is “herd immunity. “The fact is that vaccination does NOT stop you from carrying bacteria or viruses in your nose, in your throat, in your intestines, in your airway, on your skin, or in your body.
But many do not understand the significance of this fact, and have been made to believe that if you’re vaccinated, you won’t carry viruses, and therefore, others will be protected because you’re vaccinated. As it turns out, this belief is NOT based on scientific fact.
Dr. Palevsky explains:
“This whole concept of herd immunity is very interesting, because we were taught that herd immunity occurs because a certain percentage of a population gets an active illness. Therefore by a certain percentage of getting the active illness, they impart a protection onto the remaining part of the population that has not gotten the illness yet. And so the herd that is getting the illness is shedding the illness and protecting those who have not gotten it.
In vaccine science, we are extrapolating or concluding that if we vaccinate a certain percentage of people; we are imparting protection on those who have not been vaccinated. And that has NOT been shown to be true, because the true herd immunity in theory is based on an ACTIVE DISEASE, and we know that despite what we’re taught, vaccination does not mimic the natural disease.
So we cannot use the same model of herd immunity in a natural disease in the vaccination policy. But unfortunately, we do use it even though it cannot be used because it doesn’t have scientific backing.
What’s most interesting to me is that the entire concept of herd immunity fails to acknowledge that there is a life cycle of the viruses and the bacteria all on their own, and that what turns them on and off may have nothing to do with the percentage of people who have been infected.
All you have to do is look at the SARS outbreak. That virus that we were supposed to fear didn’t infect 70 or 80 percent of the population, which would then impart herd immunity on the 20 or 30 percent that didn’t get the disease.
This is because the virus itself had a life cycle of its own. And so it came and went without any percentage of the population being protected. There wasn’t herd immunity, and yet the virus died out on its own.
We fail to include that viruses have a life cycle, and that they are in relationship to other organisms and to us. Something activates them and something actually stops them, and it has nothing necessarily to do with the percentage of people who would have the illness or who have been vaccinated.
… It is preposterous to think that a child who is vaccinated no longer carries the bacteria or the viruses that they have been vaccinated against. If, in fact, children are vaccinated, then why are parents and public health authorities afraid that non-vaccinated children are somehow carrying something that their children are not, when they should feel comfortable that their children are vaccinated? You can’t have it both ways.
You can’t vaccinate believing that your children are protected and then feel that your children are not protected because somehow, some non-vaccinated child is carrying some secret organism that no one else is carrying.
Combination and Multiple Dosing.
One issue that is frequently ignored is the potential harm from the synergy of combinations of vaccines, which have never been studied.
No one knows whether there’s interaction between the bacteria and the viruses in the vaccines administered as part of the childhood vaccination schedule, or if there is interaction in the trace thimerosal (which is still in some of the multi-vials of certain vaccines), or the large amount of aluminum that is in many of them.
Dr. Palevsky says:
“There is a scientist named Boyd Haley, who has actually looked into some of the vaccine ingredients and (1) what happens to nerve cells when you inject them in the lab to specific vaccine ingredients, and (2) what happens to the nerve cells when you keep adding another vaccine ingredient.
He specifically showed that in the presence of thimerosal, there’s a lot of damage to nerve cells. When you add aluminum to the thimerosal, you need less thimerosal to create the damage to the immune and nerve cells in the presence of aluminum.
Then when you add neomycin – an antibiotic in some of the vaccines – it potentiates the potency of nerve cell damage with aluminum and mercury together.
And when you culture the nerve cells and testosterone, versus estrogen, and you expose them to some of the vaccine ingredients like thimerosal, you actually see that the nerve cells that are exposed to testosterone are more damaged in greater amounts than the nerve cells that are bathed in estrogen.
That raises some concern because we do see that children with neurodevelopmental disorders are 4:1, boys to girls.
So you have to question whether testosterone actually makes children more vulnerable to exposure to toxins like mercury, aluminum or their combination.
None of these studies have been done in humans. People say, “We can’t do those studies.” And I say, “Why not?” They say, “It’s unethical.”
I say, “Well, if it’s unethical to do those studies on vaccine ingredients and combining them together, then it’s unethical to give the vaccines in general.”
So we’re missing a lot of important data that we won’t believe, and we’re also missing a lot of important data that we won’t accumulate because most of the studies that are done are by the manufacturers of the vaccines themselves.”
Note – J.B. – Then realise that the Blood Brain Barrier increases permeability during teething, which increases the potential of these toxins damaging brain function.
Natural and Induced Immunity.
When children are born, they develop natural immunity to hundreds, thousands, millions, and even trillions of microorganisms that they breathe in, eat, and touch through their skin. Their immune systems at the lining of their airways, at the lining of their intestines, and on their skin are actively protecting their body from the outside world.
Those immune systems that are intricately and specifically located in the linings are very important to create memory and protection to the organisms that they continue to breathe, eat, and touch.
That immune system response then has a domino effect on creating other memory and immune responses that give your body antibodies and protection.
That’s a very important step for how the immune system matures in our children. From the linings, the immune system receives information, sends out signals to all other parts of the immune system, and creates an immune response, memory, and antibodies. On the other hand, when you inject materials into your body, you are bypassing that crucial first step called the primary line of defence.
With vaccination you are just creating an antibody. That does NOT impart long-term immunity because it does not create the kind of memory that occurs when you breathe it in, eat it, or are exposed through the skin, and then go through the course of the natural disease.
Some people will argue that this is why we have nasal spray vaccines. However, again, you’re making the assumption that you have not already been exposed to the virus at some point, and you’re also making the assumption that exposure automatically leads to infection.
Exposure does not necessarily lead to infection. A lot of it has to do with the overall status of your immune system.
The Dangers of Adjuvants
Adjuvants are used in vaccines in order to create a sufficiently strong immunological response. Adjuvants augment your immunological response.
But there is clear evidence that adjuvants, like aluminum and squalene impair your immune system.
So while you may be getting the antibodies desired, you are, at the same time, damaging your immune system. Particularly in children, this can set them up to develop chronic illness.
Vaccine Safety Research
The National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) just raised $100,000 and continues to look for donations and sponsors to allow proper safety studies to be done by independent researchers, who aren’t going to influence the outcomes.
One study that looked at the health outcomes of vaccinated versus unvaccinated children does exist.
Published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology in April 2005, (http://www.jacionline.org/article/S0091-6749(05)00026-6/abstract ) (PDF of full study included “PIIS0091674905000266”) that looked at the health outcomes of children who are fully vaccinated, who are partially vaccinated, and who are not vaccinated at all.
All the investigators asked the parents to do was to report atopic illness. Atopic illness means allergies, asthma, eczema, hay fever. The investigators were blinded, meaning they didn’t know which category the participants belonged to.
When they assessed the data, they found that the largest number of reports by parents of children with atopic illness were in the kids who were fully vaccinated. The second highest reports were in the families who are partially vaccinated. And the lowest number of reports was in the children who were unvaccinated…
The investigators performed a statistical analysis to see if the data was based on chance or on real statistical differences, and found there were statistically significant differences between these groups. They couldn’t understand how this was possible, because the generally accepted consensus is that vaccines are completely safe, and completely effective.
Based on this initial finding, we clearly need to do follow-up studies to ask the same question over and over again; repeat this kind of investigation with different populations across different parts of the country, to unearth the truth!

“Certainly, the issue has been raised about the special interests, the money that’s tied, the policies, how much money the vaccine manufacturers stand to make, the doctors who make decisions on vaccines, and how much money they stand to make. But we need the science and not this conspiracy theory...
If we just stay with the science, and really start to address the need for the science, and look at the fact that there is a lack of science, we will definitely see that more needs to be done.
We have not done due diligence.”
As Barbara Loe Fisher, founder of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), stated:
"The truth is, nobody knows how many vaccine victims there are in America, how many of the 1 in 6 learning disabled children; or the 1 in 9 with asthma; or the 1 in 100 who develop autism; or the 1 in 450 who become diabetic, can trace their chronic inflammation, disease and disability back to vaccine reactions that have been dismissed by public health officials and doctors for the past century as just "a coincidence.""
Or, if they aren’t dismissed as coincidence, they are dismissed on the grounds that there’s not enough data available to establish a “causal relationship.” This is exactly the reason why unbiased vaccine safety studies are so desperately and urgently need.

Allergies
Other side effects from ALL vaccinations, can be from the effects following HYPER-stimulation of the immature immune systems of infants, will be the creation of lots of Allergies to all the things the victim has come into contact with following the hyper-stimulation of their immune system called 'Immunization' by 'Designer Diseases' to create either a temporary response to bacterial vaccines (because they are dead), and a permanent response to viral vaccines (because they are alive, or powerful proteins) creating the modern phenomenon of so many Allergies.
Allergies are made during the hours following vaccination, when immune systems are launched into full scale response, into such battle frenzy that EVERY FOREIGN PROTEIN that enters the body will be considered an enemy... confused with the enemy, so by de-facto an enemy.
There are foreign proteins in dust from dust mites; peanut butter has protein, so does the dairy that we used to raise our children on so well in the past. Thus, the immune system does its job well, attacking all the foreign proteins, which unfortunately, makes it so that everything, especially common foods, or spores in the air, or microbial colonies in dander, are all forms of proteins that are mistaken as enemies while in the heat of battle against the true enemy within the 'designer disease' of the vaccine... so, pets at home, dust in the air, milk from the cup will be marked as enemies forever, for Allergies are just immune system responses to common things.
Vaccinating immature immune systems creates most of the Allergies that exist today.
DECLINE of DISEASE before VACCINES
Graphs of diseases in Japan and America show the drastic decline in all diseases for children because of sanitation techniques that spread and worked so effectively. The first vaccine was the DPT in the 1940’s, and the next one was the MMR in 1967, since then, dozens have been added to the schedule for children. The antibody shots for Diphtheria and Tetanus had been made in the late 1800’s and they work better than vaccines in many cases, because they work 100% for being the actual antibodies. Vaccines force the body to make them, and it’s well known that everyone responds differently to them, and up to half are not effective in generating sufficient antibodies. But antibody shots are what they say they are, officially called ‘Immune Globulin’ shots (immunoglobulin), and GIVE the victim antibodies.
Remember, vaccines are not prophylactics in the real sense of the word; they do not prevent germs from entering the body. What they do is shorten the time that the germ is inside the body, which shortens the time it has to spread to others. That’s all. But that is the way to stop outbreaks, slowing down a germ. What really stops the spread of germs are toilets, septic systems, and clean running water, as we all know. And the only case in which vaccines are really needed is in Third World Countries where they are surrounded by sewage and lack nutrition, which is a unique situation that calls for desperate measures. Vaccination for tetanus would be needed by every mother and child giving birth on a dirt floor in Africa, but not in first world countries.
Japan realized as sanitation practices were perfected that vaccines were killing more babies than saving them from hypothetical diseases, and they stopped all vaccinations completely in 1975, and then re-instated a voluntary program ONLY for children over 2 years of age.

Thalidomide, smoking, Mercury, fluoride, GMO crops, have all had scientific studies done proving they are safe for human use.

Thalidomide only 50 years ago was unleashed on a population that didn’t question until it was too late. 10 of thousands of children born with horrible disfigurements, half died, half lived. They have still not been compensated by Grünenthal.
The jury is in on fluoride, we all know it’s toxic, why is it still in our water. It makes the water taste bad and does absolutely nothing for teeth. Dentistry is thriving in Australia.
GMO crops… Yeah, I’m sure the scientists are right on this one. Same company that produced, Agent Orange, DDT, Aspartame, helped build “the bomb”, PCB’s, recombinant bovine somatotropin, “Terminator Seeds, and food that kills bugs.
There was and is big money in all the above. My point is that when big money is involved you are almost always guaranteed corruption and lies. The vaccine machine has tentacles in almost every country on earth. That represents an enormous customer base, if not the biggest in the world. They are virtually immune to investigation and prosecution. About 40% of current vaccines have been introduced since 2004. Some have been withdrawn and reintroduced as late as 2011. In 1980 there were only 3 or 4 vaccinations depending on your country. In some countries now an 18 year old can have up to 64 shots, your average shot going for $130.00 Australian a pop. Do the math on that kind of money. Their making more money than the cigarette companies.
Vaccines are in their infancy, and they are in our infants. The long term effects are impossible to know. But the vaccine manufactures will tell you their perfectly safe. But the truth is they have no way of knowing that. Most of our known vaccines have been around no longer than 30 years. Not me, not you, not any scientist out there can prove that vaccines are safe for the 2nd and 3rd generations, let alone those now, who are already screaming at the top of their lungs that children are having adverse reaction as a result of vaccines.
Adverse reactions aren’t diseases, they are poisonings.
“To see the farm is to leave the farm”. A broad overview is required to see the problem. Those invested in one part of the problem; do not have the ability to see the whole problem.
Health does not come in a needle. Never has, never will.

A "Private notion" that our kids are in fact OURS, not the government's, to do with as it pleases? Who is this broad kidding? The absolute mess the system has made of a huge number of our kids already surpasses the imagination. They can't think well enough to solve anything and are now merely little data banks accepting programming like free lunch. I'm seeing mothers all excited because their child can handle a computer at the age of 2... not realizing that this is the new babysitter, and that while it's real neat to see the skills little children can exhibit, it's not so neat to see their minds crammed into little pods, never to break free again. Nor does anyone think to examine the big business of "child welfare services", which reaps a lot of coin to take children into care and therefore has no motivation to leave them with their parents while they help the PARENTS to cope, heavens, can't have that.... then they hand them over to the fostering system, in which we find abusers and pedophiles alike, luck of the draw....
Actual communities, as I recall from growing up, are parents to all children anyway. On my street if a kid had a problem, they could go to ANY home to find help. No child was left unprotected. But a real community comes together naturally, as people meet and interact with each other. It's not legislated, nor is it legislatable, in my opinion, any more than morals can be legislated. So when this professor talks about community, it isn't a real community, more like a committee, which is an entirely different thing. Communities are based on common ground. Committees are legislators over others.

Bye-bye daddy, bye-bye mommy: MSNBC discovers who children really belong to. Finally. This burning question has been answered. What a relief.
Melissa Harris-Perry, a university professor and weekend host at MSNBC shares the wisdom:
"We have never invested as much in public education as we should have, because we've always had a kind of private notion of children---'your kid is yours and totally your responsibility.' We haven't had a very collective notion of 'these are our children.' So part of it is we have to break through our kind of private idea that kids belong to their parents or kids belong to their families and recognize that kids belong to whole communities. Once it's everybody's responsibility and not just the household's, then we start making better investments."
How many ways to take this hogwash apart?
A "kind of private notion of children." Yes, how primitive. I mean, only bitter clingers would ascribe to this ancient concept, right? Such parents need re-education, they need to move into the modern age and embrace many mothers and fathers, including I suppose, Melissa Harris-Perry herself, although I'm sure her schedule is already overcrowded. But perhaps she's good for a nod and a wink between violin practice and soccer games where nobody wins.
Then, precisely what community should own your kids? Your block, neighborhood, town, city, nation? People you know? People you don't know and never will? A coalition? Perhaps...the government? Ah yes, that would would be it, wouldn't it?
Because, as any good collectivist knows, the government is the ultimate "expression" of the people. The government creates, manages, and sustains the collective. The government decides, the people comply. The government knows best.
Therefore, all you whacko parents out there; stop thinking your children belong to you. You're wrong.
Hillary Clinton knew this. That's why she wrote It Takes a Village, another collectivist manifesto. Except her community happens to be nannies, the Secret Service, the State Department, the Senate, and the White House.
Since Melissa Harris-Perry is discussing public education, you can be sure the collective solution to your kids will involve more vaccines, more psychiatric appointments, more diagnoses of fictitious mental disorders, and more doling out of highly toxic and violence-inducing drugs.
More sex-ed at age five and six, since you parents don't have a clue about sex and shouldn't be allowed to approach it. More instruction about "sharing" as the basis of all knowledge.
Essentially, a collective is a group of people teaching others about the primacy of the group. It's a madhouse from start to finish. It takes the principle of the inviolate individual and burns it to the ground.
It attacks the family precisely because the family resists the collective in any society where a few shreds of freedom remain. The family is a potentially dangerous source of decentralized power.
Harris-Perry is really advocating the sacrifice of your children to the "wider problem of all children." Don't raise your kids according to your own best principles. No. Give them over to "the wiser ones." Let's all do that.
Her solution also, of course, involves an enormous shift of responsibility. Parents can unload that burden. The "community" will shoulder it. I can't wait.
This is the strategy of regression to the lowest common denominator. Since there are truly horrible parents out there who can't handle family life, let's all give up the primary job of raising children in order to save those parents who are abject failures.
Behind this is the program to destroy families and elevate the State. Make no mistake about it. It's an op from the ground up, and always has been.
Just as state and county and city governments have been targets for the federal government, so is the family. The idea is to overwhelm all opposition to federal power. Under the mask, that is the naked face of the collective: everybody organized under central dominion.
Going still further, we enter the Globalist plan. Institute a world collective, in which every citizen is directly beholden to Earth's princes and their bureaucrats, "for the good of all."
It's a stage-magic trick. Erase the individual and all he stands for. Here was here---and then, poof, he's gone. A mere trace of a memory remains.
If Melissa Harris-Perry wanted to talk about family, you'd think she would have stressed the greater responsibility of a mother and father. At home. She would have talked about alcoholic parents, inattention toward kids, the need to take home life very seriously. But instead, she went the other way.
She didn't even offer a tip of the hat to churches, neighbors, clubs, cousins, uncles, grandparents---those people who do, in fact, form communities. Not grist for her mill. No, because she's talking about money. Spending more money on public education. And for that, you need myth and fairy tale.
You need the disastrous construct of a public institution that will carry the job of bringing up children.
As if that were possible.
Perry rejects Private in favor of Government, which is her bread and butter. Public policy. Abstractions seeking a New World.
Much in the same way, Obama endlessly mouths, "We're all in this together."
The "this" turns to be the surrender of fierce freedom and independence.
I would like to see millions more parents deliver the correct response to Perry. Home schooling. That would solve it. That would deliver a profound message:
Babble on as long as you want to about pie-in-the-sky communities; try to melt the citizenry down into one giant glob of goo; fake your way into legends of better and more expensive schools replacing parents.
It's for nothing. People know you're a hyping con artist. People know that families and good education begin with real parents and can't succeed without them.
The "new collective spirit" is very old. As old as the hills. College kids who know as much history as caterpillars out for a stroll after the rain are buying this lunacy, but when they leave the friendly confines of school, they'll discover the only place they can find a job is with the government.
And that tells us something about who will swell the ranks of the collective. Those who have been rendered disabled by education. This is the public department Perry wants to improve.
We need more money to brainwash more children. That's the underlying message.
To spread it, you only need one college with one cheap four-year class: the students sit in front of their laptops and phones and watch MSNBC 24/7.
To those students whose breath can still fog a mirror, you offer a piece of paper after four years. The paper tells them they've matriculated, and they can now be reborn as mosquito drones and launch out into the atmosphere of big government and find a communal nest.
O wonder of wonders. Parenting was unnecessary.

It seems like now a days you can’t go a day without hearing some type of advertisement about smart technologies such as smart meters, smart appliances, smart cards, smart energy smart homes and smart grid.

A lot of people labelled as conspiracy theorist have warned the general public for years, and as we drift further past 2012 into the future, the more it seems that those labelled as conspiracy theoriest are becoming correct in some of the things they are trying to warn the public about.

Safety of the Infanrix Hexa Vaccine: Confidential Document from GSK to the Authorities
We seem to have acquired a 1,271-page confidential GSK document, ordinarily reserved for the authorities.
Topic: the pharmacovigilance of the Infanrix Hexa (6-in-1) paediatric vaccine. (1)
The Infanrix Hexa vaccine is a "free" inoculation administered to almost all the infants in Belgium, mainly through the ONE (Office de la Naissance et de l’Enfance = Office for Childbirth and Childhood) but also through paediatricians and general practitioners. It is intended to protect newborns and infants from six different illnesses: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Polio, Haemophilius Influenza B (HIB) and Hepatitis B.
The document in question details the adverse effects of this vaccine, reported back to the manufacturer from various European countries between the 23rd of October 2009 and the 22nd of October 2011.
We can understand why it is confidential: no less than 825 different types of complication and adverse effect are mentioned.
It is important, first of all, to point out that the list covers a very broad range of adverse effects potentially involving each and every system and organ in the body: the blood, the cardiovascular system, the nervous system, the immune system, the lungs, the skin but also the sensory organs (sight, hearing…), the musculoskeletal system, the joints, the urinary system, the digestive system and the endocrine system.
During this specific period of time, GSK received 1,742 reports of adverse effects, of which 503 were serious effects not listed and 56 were serious adverse effects listed.
The events registered included 36 deaths (over the two-years period), most of which occurred within three days after the child received the Infanrix Hexa vaccine.
According to GSK, the adverse effect notification rate was 14.6 per 100,000 doses distributed but don’t forget that the number of doses actually used/administered is always lower than the number of doses distributed. It is also important to point out that, according to an article in the November 2011 issue of the well-known and official publication Revue française du Practicien (a French magazine for the medical profession), only 1 to 10% of serious vaccine adverse effects are actually reported and logged (2). The extent of the problem is therefore grossly under-estimated.
The document also mentions no fewer than 37 other deaths of children recorded since the vaccine was launched in 2000, amounting to a minimum total of 73 infant deaths.
We do not of course suggest that all these adverse effects are 100% and without doubt caused by this vaccine. It is however simply not credible to claim that none of these serious adverse effects or deaths were caused by the vaccine, given the fact that in most cases the victims were very young infants, newborns having only just taken their first breath and in perfectly good health prior to receiving the vaccine, and that in each case, there is also a relatively condemning time factor.
What is more, in 2006, a German study published in Vaccine, highlighted an unusually high number of infant deaths within the 48 hours following a hexavalent vaccine (3).
We notice that the number of serious adverse events reported in this confidential document is totally different from the number specified in the GSK data sheet intended for doctors and pharmacists, not to mention the information in the package insert intended for patients. This insert, incidentally, is not automatically handed to the parents by ONE workers who flippantly reassure parents that the only side effects of the vaccine are local such as a mild fever, slight pain or redness at the site of the injection, as specified on pseudo-informative labels which they stick hurriedly into the child’s medical record (4)! As such, both doctors and patients are misinformed and do not receive the necessary guidance to even think of connecting the dots between various ailments and vaccination with Infanrix Hexa, a vaccine potentially administered only a few days or hours beforehand.
What would happen if this list of horrifying adverse effects were available to parents who might then discover in the list exactly the condition just diagnosed in their baby, very recently vaccinated, perhaps in order to be accepted at a nursery?
There is no question that some of them might feel compelled to initiate court cases, given that the manufacturer and the authorities were aware of these risks but simply ran rough-shod over the Belgian law of the 22nd August 2002 on patient rights, particularly its article 8 which specifies that to be able to make a valid informed choice and give their consent, patients (or legal guardians) MUST be provided with and have access to sufficient objective information including on the risks of the treatment offered.
Given all of the above, it is easy to understand GSK’s desire for TOTAL confidentiality (the word ‘confidential’ is stamped on every single page) and we can also realize, sadly, that since the false swine flu ‘pandemic’ and the absolutely scandalous secret contract signed by Minister Onkelinx (5), the Belgian government’s undercover attitude towards these matters has unfortunately not changed.
Another extremely salient aspect is that among the very serious adverse effects recorded by GSK we can see: autism, sudden infant death (SIDS) and ‘child abuse syndrome’ (6).
These are all conditions which the health authorities have always denied to have even the slightest link with vaccines.
If however one reads carefully several of the reports of infant death included in this voluminous GSK tome, it appears that a number of them were reported to the company by national medicine authorities (in France, Italy, etc). It is therefore clear that these authorities and also doctors do acknowledge that it is possible, even probable, that such deaths are linked to this vaccine (7).
So how could the ONE have stated only a few months ago that "as far as nearly all of the medical profession worldwide is concerned, vaccines do not cause serious complications." (8)?
Or how could they repeat that all adverse effects are monitored very carefully and that of course, if there were the slightest worrying signal, the situation would be re-investigated (9)??
It is also important to highlight that according to this document, the number of sudden deaths in children over one year of age, occuring within three days of the Infanrix Hexa injection, exceeded the number expected (10) while, remember: these data only represent between 1 and 10% of the serious adverse events which really took place! Worse still is that GSK is comparing this number of cases registered with a number of sudden deaths which can no longer be considered ‘natural’ or ‘spontaneous’ because today, nearly 100% of infants are vaccinated! If, in spite of this kind of comparison which is already biased from the start, the number of cases reported exceeds the number expected, then it is really time to inform people!
In addition, it is clear from this document that Infanrix Hexa is potentially even more dangerous than the other childhood vaccines.
Lastly, it is incredible to observe that GSK’s criteria for seriousness are all relative: for example, GSK classifies events resulting in neurosurgery, reanimation or removal of part of the intestine as "minor" (11) while this kind of procedure would surely never be considered ‘insignificant’ in a very young child!
We at Initiative Citoyenne feel strongly that there is absolutely no justification for keeping all this incriminatory information away from the public, all the more so given that vaccines are paid for by the taxpayer.
Infanrix Hexa continues to raise far too many questions both in Belgium and throughout the world:
• Why, although the American authorities recommend all the individual vaccines in this hexavalent cocktail, is Infanrix Hexa used in Canada but not in the USA (12)?
• Why are Belgian parents forced, through the selective reimbursal system, to vaccinate their children with Infanrix Hexa in order to be accepted in a nursery when the Hepatitis B vaccine on its own is not mandatory and why is the pentavalent vaccine (without Hep B) available in France but not in Belgium (13)?
• Why have Ministers Onkelinx and Laanan never had the courtesy to reply to our last registered letter asking them why this pentavalent vaccine was not available in Belgium (14)?
• Could it be to favour GSK for whom Infanrix Hexa is a veritable cash cow due to the company’s collection of patents as was openly explained last June by ex-CEO Jean Stéphenne in a video taken at the Cercle du Lac and also re-broadcast on RTBF last October (15)?
• Exactly how many Belgian children have died or continue to suffer from irreversible damage or incurable chronic diseases since this vaccine was introduced in 2004? How exact is the theoretical figure of only "one serious case for every million vaccinations", repeated ad infinitum by ONE in particular?
• Why has the clear listing of multiple sclerosis as a side effect, which appears on all the monovalent Hepatitis B vaccine AND also on the Infanrix Hexa package inserts, mysteriously disappeared from the latest versions of the reference books used by pharmacists?
• What would the results have been if in the pre-launch clinical trials of Infanrix Hexa the children vaccinated with this vaccine had been compared with another group of totally unvaccinated children who had never received a single vaccine in their lives? Would it not have been elementary and much more ethical to conduct this kind of trial BEFORE blindly subjecting all the children in the world to this kind of experimental vaccine?
As a citizens’ watchdog, we demand that an urgent and in-depth enquiry be conducted into this vaccine, its effects and the real reasons behind its virtual imposition on all Belgian parents. It seems quite clear that once again, the reasons have less to do with ‘the comfort of the infant’ (‘one less jab’) and public health than with the business of the vaccine manufacturers and whatever other forms of intimidation and coercion are being used.

AGAIN I POINT OUT: Monsanto is the recipient of many benefits bestowed upon this corporate monster by trade agreements, in which all laws are geared to the making of profits, and all domestic laws, as well as domestic rights and freedoms, are superseded by these international agreements. So all Monsanto, Dupont and Syngenta, et al, need do is enforce the "rights" granted under patent laws (which are international) and trade agreements, and our farmers lose out, no matter what. Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court began hearing arguments in a seed patent infringement case that pits a small farmer from Indiana, 75-year old Vernon Hugh Bowman, against biotech goliath Monsanto. Reporters from the New York Times to the Sacramento Bee dissected the legal arguments. They speculated on the odds. They opined on the impact a Monsanto loss might have, not only on genetically modified crops, but on medical research and software.
What most of them didn’t report on is the absurdity – and the danger – of allowing companies to patent living organisms in the first place, and then use those patents to attempt to monopolize world seed and food production.
The case boils down to this. Monsanto sells its patented genetically engineered (GE) "Roundup Ready" soybean seeds to farmers under a contract that prohibits the farmers from saving the next-generation seeds and replanting them. Farmers like Mr. Bowman who buy Monsanto’s GE seeds are required to buy new seeds every year. For years, Mr. Bowman played by Monsanto’s rules. Then in 2007, he bought an unmarked mix of soybeans from a grain elevator and planted them. Some of the soybeans turned out to have been grown from Monsanto’s patented Roundup Ready soybean seeds. Monsanto sued Mr. Bowman, won, and the court ordered the farmer to pay the company $84,000. Mr. Bowman appealed, arguing that he unknowingly bought soybeans grown from Monsanto’s seeds, not the seeds themselves, and that therefore the law of "patent exhaustion" applies.
The press and public have fixated on the sticky legal details of the case, and the classic David vs. Goliath nature of the fight. But win or lose, Mr. Bowman’s predicament is part of a much bigger problem.
The real issue is this:
Why have we surrendered control over something so basic to human survival as seeds?
Why have we bought into the biotech industry’s program, which pushes a few monoculture commodity crops, when history and science have proven that seed biodiversity is essential for growing crops capable of surviving severe climate conditions, such as drought and floods?
As physicist and environmentalist Vandana Shiva explains, we have turned seed, which is the heart of a traditional diversity-rich farming system across the world, into a powerful commodity, used to monopolize the food system. According to a recent report by the Center for Food Safety and Save our Seeds, three companies – Monsanto, DuPont and Syngenta – control 53 percent of the global commercial seed market. They have pressured farmers to replace diverse, nutritional seeds, seeds that are resilient because they’ve been bred by small-scale farmers to adapt to local climates and soil conditions, with monocultures of genetically engineered seeds. In the U.S. these crops are predominately corn and soybeans. According to the report, entitled "Seed Giants vs. U.S. Farmers," 93 percent of soybeans and 86 percent of corn crops in the U.S. come from patented, genetically engineered seeds.
Monsanto profits handsomely from selling its patented seeds. But the real profits are in selling farmers its proprietary pesticides, like Roundup. Farmers can spray huge amounts of Roundup on Monsanto’s Roundup Ready soybeans, killing everything except the soybean plants. It’s a win-win for Monsanto. And it’s sold as a win to farmers, who have been told that by following the Monsanto method, they’ll increase their yields and make more money. Monsanto even claims that its GE crops are the answer to world hunger.
But little of what Monsanto has promised, to farmers and the world, has proven true.
Since farmers first began buying into Monsanto’s scheme in 1995, the average cost to plant one acre of soybeans has risen 325 percent, according to the Center for Food Safety’s report. Corn seed prices are up by 259 percent. Those increases don’t include the cost of the lawsuits Monsanto has aggressively filed against farmers the company claims have violated patent agreements. By the end of 2012, Center for Food Safety calculates that Monsanto had received over $23.5 million from patent infringement lawsuits against farmers and farm businesses.
And the rest of us? What have we gained from this aggressive monopoly of seeds and crops? Nothing. In fact, the losses continue to mount.
Monsanto promised that its GE crops would help the environment by reducing the need for pesticides. But according to the USDA, farmers used up to 26 percent more chemicals per acre on herbicide-resistant crops than on non-GE crops. And as several dozen aggressive "superweeds" have become resistant to glyphosate, the primary herbicide used on GE crops, the biotech industry is ramping up its war on weeds with a new generation of GE crops that can surviving spraying with 2,4 D, paraquat, and other super-toxic herbicides.
As for GE crops being necessary to feed the world, that promise has also been debunked. In 2010, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) warned that the loss of biodiversity will have a major impact on the ability of humankind to feed itself in the future.
According to "A Global Citizens Report on the State of GMOs: Failed Promises, Failed Technologies:"
The fable that GMOs are feeding the world has already led to large-scale destruction of biodiversity and farmers’ livelihoods. It is threatening the very basis of our freedom to know what we eat and to choose what we eat. Our biodiversity and our seed freedom are in peril. Our food freedom, food democracy and food sovereignty are at stake.
It’s safe to say that the majority of the general public would love to see the small farmer from Indiana knock Monsanto down a peg. Last year, a Monsanto ally threatened to sue the state of Vermont if legislators passed a law requiring labels on all foods containing genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Lawmakers capitulated, despite the fact that voter support was running at more than 90 percent. Later in the year, Monsanto and large food corporations spent $46 million to defeat a citizens’ initiative in California that would have required mandatory labeling of GMOs.
Monsanto may be Public Enemy Number One, but a win for Mr. Bowman is hardly a win for mankind. It’s time we ask ourselves:
How long are we going to let Monsanto bully farmers and politicians into controlling the very source of life on earth?
How long will we tolerate the growing monopolization and genetic engineering of seeds by an aggressive cabal of chemical and pesticide corporations who pose a deadly threat to our health, our environment and the future of our food?
And when does "how long" become too late?

The only thing I can add to Inge's oh-so-unfortunately correct and perceptive insight is that
I wish it were not so.
Oh, heck, and one small but important thing: Bear in mind, as you read (and do read it all, please), that since we are bound by trade agreements which were drawn up to ensure the flow of wealth between member nations, and which supercede all our domestic concerns (and laws), the courts simply cannot override patents, or they violate the agreements. There are serious sanctions for impeding that flow of wealth. Remember the Canada Post - UPS dispute? That one alone cost us a nifty quarter billion. Now we are tied in so many directions the multinational corporate profiteers have us totally hamstrung, and our courts along with us.
But of course, they won't tell you that. We're not supposed to know that we have no defense against a trade agreement... we're only supposed to think of the "mutual benefits".
Does it surprise you that anytime I attempt to use the words "trade agreements" in a CBC Forum post, my post mysteriously disappears into thin air? I break no rules, simply offer an opinion, don't attack or slander or yell... but Gee, could it be, that this is the dirty little secret of trade agreements, which are swallowing our health freedoms, and standardizing-slash-harmonizing every country in the world so that all wealth flows to the multinational hog troughs? And influencing our health authorities to approve vaccines made from frankenbugs because their prime job these days is to ensure that flow of wealth to Big Pharma?
So there is a plot afoot, as Inge so clearly and eloquently exposes. And it's big, very big. But is it too big to fail?
What can we do, besides carry placards and try to educate people and get them to wake the hell up before we are completely doomed by our own somnolence? For starters, vote with your money. Make the extra effort. Patronize the little guys. Keep the money at home. Buy local products, as much as you possibly can. Hit them where they live, these predators, and don't be shy, call those 1-800 numbers they have on their packaging, and tell them why. You can also yell at them in their "Contact" section on their websites.
Remember, armchair complainers produce no results, and shaking a fist in your living room won't change anything. As my friend Barbie hates to say (but says it anyway):
"These days, if you're not an activist, you're a victim."

What were the reasoning points presented to the court that have caused court after court challenge to go down to defeat as the courts back the industry and the government positions - with Monsanto’s rights to monopoly and patent protection reigning supreme.
******The primary reasoning of the Government and Industry lawyers argued that Patent Rights trump all other rights and that the ECONOMIC POTENTIAL of the BIOTECH INDUSTRY had to be protected - because if it wasn’t given total and all-encompassing PATENT PROTECTION, then INVESTMENT MONEY would cease to flow into the biotech industry. All these new and “assumed-to-be-beneficial products” would no longer flow into the marketplace, and the profits would no longer flow into the coffers of the industry - and humanity would be bereft of all its biotech’s new benefits. The “flow of money” into the economy determines policy, no matter how damaging the consequences of those TOXIC enterprises. As long as money flows, it gets support. Remember the present day mantra: “It’s the economy, stupid”.

The folly of this argument is the ASSUMPTION that the biotech industry is producing products that are inherently “beneficial”.
The Focused Concern is about the flow of investment dollars into the economy, and not on what those investment dollars are actually producing. There is no concern about the fact that so far the biotech industry has shown itself to be an extremely TOXIC and Biologically Destructive enterprise - an economy that produces products that damage, and often destroy life.
Do we want more investments – especially via taxpayer money subsidies – to be poured into the production of products that destroy health? - that destroy the environment? - that destroy the ecology? Must our lives become subservient to the patents just because the Economic Mafia profits from these patents - with the public totally bereft of any protection from these TOXIC PRODUCTS because “the flow of money” is the focus of “legal protection”? What happened to the mandate of the government to protect the health and the welfare of the population?
GMOs in the food supply have turned out to be an unequivocal health and ecological disaster. But a great deal of money has been generated for the coffers of the Economic Mafia from this protected enterprise – no matter how harmful.
So now let us turn to the vaccine industry.
Why are the new vaccines so much more dangerous?
Is it because the ingredients are Genetically Engineered – hence foreign to the biological world - hence rejected by the biological body?
Of course, another reason for the emphasis on genetically engineered protein ingredients in vaccines stems from the fact that many, if not most, of the new diseases have emerged from genetic engineered of pathogens – referred to as potentizing the pathogen for biological warfare.
If eating Genetically Engineered FOODS has turned out to be a biological disaster, then genetically engineered Vaccines that are to be injected into the youngest infants are destined to be an even greater biological disaster.
The question that I pose for everyone to reflect on is this:
How many biologically destructive technologies can the biological system sustain before we witness a complete biological collapse because the assault on the system outstrips the capacity of the biological system to survive those assaults.
We now find ourselves at that point.
We are witnessing an exponential increase in the MOMENTUM of biological collapse.
And yet, inconceivably, people look to the Frankenstein scientists who have caused the disaster to supposedly rectify and reverse the disaster. This is insanity upon insanity
We have embraced a technological bioengineered nightmare of unprecedented proportions - and only the removal of these TOXIC biologically destructive technologies has a chance of halting the biological collapse before it runs its full course.

THE NAKED FEAR OF HEALTH FREEDOM
I'm glad my dear friend Ed reminded me of the existence of this piece from Jon Rappoport... because it is exactly on point in many issues with respect to our freedoms: It is not so much about WHAT you choose for yourself, as it is about your RIGHT TO CHOOSE. Nobody wants to lose their right to choose, but not everyone's right appears to be threatened.... only those whose choices run counter to the goals of multinational corporations pushing our governments to make all choices for all of us.
To paraphrase Pastor Niemoller: "First they told people they couldn't take natural health products, and I didn't use those products, so I didn't speak up." See the connection?
Nice. Swallow the propaganda, trust blindly, do what you're told, and they leave you alone. But say "hey, wait a minute, that's not what I want...." and all of a sudden you're a "danger" to yourself and others. You disagree. You must not disagree, that's not healthy behavior. So you are marginalized and demonized for your choice.
THE WHOLE MESS IS ABOUT YOUR RIGHT TO CHOOSE, NOT WHAT TO CHOOSE. It's most particularly about your right to be fully informed with truthful information upon which to base your choices, and then the honoring of that choice by those in "authority".
This is the job of media: To stand between the information and the public and "sanitize" it for public consumption; to ensure public opinion reflects what the government and its puppet masters want reflected; to assure that the profit lines remain unbroken and the controls over the people tight and well-maintained.
Then, when it comes time to make your own choice, you will be expected to make the "right" one....
Now, if they go to all that trouble, DON'T YOU THINK YOU HAVE THE POWER TO OVERTHROW THEM? The only reason for such a massive construct is THEIR FEAR OF US.
Personally, I think it's time they all started shaking in their shoes....
He's right, you know... we are a force to be reckoned with, and they don't want to reckon with us. The people need to know this goes beyond the scientific. It is our RIGHT to choose our natural health care, and it is the RIGHT of others to choose conventional medicine if they wish. If we campaign for that RIGHT, instead of a battle of the medicines to prove which is better, we can win that fight, because we will draw support from both sides. Usually, when politicians discover a large voting bloc that has no champion, they move in like gold prospectors with a fever in their heads. Tap that bloc; mine it; use it.
However, in the case of millions of Americans who passionately want to manage their own health without government interference, who want access to the full range of nutritional supplements and unlimited access to alternative practitioners, there is dead silence in Washington.
Why?
First, few politicians are willing to challenge the agenda of the pharmaceutical companies (drug everybody from cradle to grave). Second, these health-freedom advocates are radical decentralists—which means they know how it feels to be denied the right to take care of their own bodies. They have met the enemy and they know how it operates on a very personal level.
There is no chance politicians will be able to finesse these voters or make empty promises to them or wow them with “task forces” created to “study problems.” Health-freedom folks are too smart for any of that nonsense.
They want unbridled freedom. They want, for example, to be able to say no to vaccines for their children without having to walk the gauntlet of officials who try to dissuade and intimidate and threaten them.
They want to find alternative treatments for cancer in many cases, and cancer happens to be one of those tightly guarded provinces, where big money and big government insist on radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery, come hell or high water.
If politicians courted health-freedom people, they'd be exposing themselves to vicious attacks from the medical/government axis and its media dupes.
They'd be opening the door to the notion that people can really choose their own solutions, despite “the best science” and the authoritarian pronouncements of doctors, who are modern priests in white coats wielding hypnotic power.
In other words, FREEDOM would become the top issue and the trumping issue all the way across the board—and very few politicians of either party want to step out into that world.
It's too raw, too real, too much about naked choice.
That's why, even as states try to nullify ObamaCare, you don't hear conversation about how the Dept. of Health and Human Services is poised to compose a list of permitted medical treatments and will eventually outlaw alternative options.
See if you can find, even among the most conservative legislators recently elected to office in the Republican landslide, any who speak up about health freedom.

It remains a taboo in the halls of Congress.
This means that individuals will have to carry the burden themselves. They will have to speak out and keep speaking out. They will have to challenge government repression on the most fundamental level. They will have to make this issue electric.
In doing so, they will be accused of everything under the sun. They will be called anti-science Luddites, and religious crazies, and even killers of their own children.
Notice that I'm not advocating the wholesale rejection of modern medicine; I'm saying every individual has the right and the freedom to choose to how to manage his own health. Period. That right takes precedence over anyone's idea of science or “best evidence.”
On that basis, the fight can be won, in the long run. On any other basis, defeat is certain.
